Packages

The Coordinator:

$1600

Up to 12 hours day of coordination + 1 month prior to event wedding planning.

Includes:

  • 1 assistant on the wedding day

  • Consult and collaborate with client to discuss wedding details

  • Review and proof Banquet Event Order provided by catering manager or on-site coordinator

  • Contact Service Providers for arrival and end times

  • Communicate venue’s policies and procedures for unloading, set up and tear down

  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items

  • Distribute client- approved timeline to all vendors at least 1 week before wedding date

  • Assist officiant and orchestrate ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family

  • Communicate with musicians/DJ on ceremony song selections and cueing wedding party for processional

  • Communicate and manage banquet staff regarding set ups and compliance of floor plans

  • Attend sound check with band musicians/DJ and review formalities and song selections

  • Direct ushers with seating and program distribution

  • Assist with set up of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, sign-in guestbook, etc.

  • Work with band musicians/DJ to establish timeline order

  • Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Assist with day of clean-up and gathering of gifts, decoration, and personal items at the end of the day.

  • Certificate of Insurance if required by the venue

  • Rehearsal day attendance may be included and is based upon availability and location. Other fees may be applied

The Planner:

Start at $3200

Months prior to event wedding planning plus the “The Coordinator” package.

Includes:

  • Searching or recommending, booking, and communicating with all vendors and venue

    1 client meet-up included if local to LA or Ventura County but unlimited voice or video calls, texts, and emails

  • Ongoing advice, designing, planning, and communication with client and all other duties listed in the “Day of Coordination Package”

    Client responsible for purchasing Décor, Florals, & Other Items
