The Coordinator:

$1600

Full Wedding Day Management + 6 weeks of Pre-Wedding Support

Services Include:

  • Lead Coordinator and one Assistant Coordinator on the wedding day

  • Consultation and collaboration with the client to review and finalize wedding details

  • Review and proofreading of the Banquet Event Order (BEO) provided by the catering manager or on-site venue coordinator

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination

  • Distribution of the client-approved timeline to all vendors one month prior to the wedding date and again at least one week prior

  • Coordination with musicians and/or DJ regarding ceremony music selections and cueing of the wedding party for the processional

  • Oversight of banquet staff to ensure proper setup and adherence to approved floor plans

  • Attendance at sound check with band and/or DJ, including review of formalities and music selections

  • Direction of ushers for guest seating and program distribution

  • Assistance with setup of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest book, and related personal décor items

  • Coordination with band and/or DJ to confirm reception timeline and event flow

  • Preparation and distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors (as provided by the client)

  • Assistance with end-of-event responsibilities, including gathering gifts, décor, and personal items

  • Provision of Certificate of Insurance, if required by the venue

  • Rehearsal coordination and management

Please Note:

  • No travel fees apply for venues located within Ventura County, Los Angeles County, Santa Barbara County, or Orange County. Events held in San Diego County may be subject to travel fees.

The Planner:

Start at $3200

Comprehensive wedding planning support beginning months prior to your event, inclusive of all services outlined in The Coordinator Package.

Services Include:

  • Sourcing, recommending, booking, and managing communication with all vendors and venue

  • Free in-person client meeting (included for clients local to Los Angeles or Ventura County)

  • Unlimited scheduled voice/video calls, texts, and email communication

  • Ongoing guidance with design, planning, logistics, and vendor coordination

  • Full execution of all services listed in the Day-of Coordination Package

  • Client is responsible for purchasing décor, florals, and any additional event items.
